1. What payment methods are available?
Payments are made through Paytrail Oy's payment portal. You can choose from all the most common payment methods, including MobilePay, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, online banking payments from domestic banks, as well as OP Invoice, OP Account Credit and Walley.
2. How long will it take to my order to be shipped?
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and take approximately 2-3 days to process, after which the order is dispatched. Exceptions will be announced separately on the front page of the online shop.
3. What delivery methods are available?
You can choose delivery by parcel post or pick-up from our Turku store. We send all orders via Posti Group Oyj. The maximum delivery charge is EUR 6.90. Pick-up from the Kaarnavilla store in Turku is free of charge.
4. How are the products packaged?
We care about the environment and as an online shop we want to do our part to minimise our impact on the environment. This is why we use recycled and surplus materials for packaging. As well as the environment, we make sure that our customers receive their orders carefully and beautifully packaged.
5. Will I receive all the products I ordered in the same package?
Yes, all items are shipped in the same package from the warehouse in Turku.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us via email at: hello@dropandwave.com
7. Can I return the product I ordered?
Yes you can. All orders have a 14-day return policy. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Returns are at the cost of shipping (6,90 e). If you wish to complain or return a product, please contact us by e-mail (hello@dropandwave.com).
